During the explorations in the court for the Ball Game, two sculptures carved in quarry stone, weighing approximately one ton, were recovered. They served as markers of the game space, embedded on the benches of the lateral walls, in the south head. They represent players with their characteristic costumes: máxtlatl (loincloth), sandals and gloves. Two equivalent sculptures crowned the benches of the north head, but they were looted in historical times and we only know them for their graphic representation in works published in the XIX century.
