Archeology graduate of the National School of Archeology. Master’s candidate in Mesoamerican Studies of the UNAM Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. He took part in the Templo Mayor Project from 1980 to 1982, excavating Offerings 53, 54, 70, 88 and 92. Tlatelolco Project Archeologist from 1987 to 2016. He coordinated the Tlatelolco Technical Legal Protection Project from 1998 carrying out systematic rescue archeology for PEMEX, CFE, Delegación Cuauhtémoc and for various construction companies.
He was commissioned to develop the Azuay Management Plan at the Cojitambo Cultural Center in Ecuador from June to July 2007. He was a member of the Binational Austrian Commission in Vienna for the restoration of the Moctezuma plume, 2010 - 2011. He has been a professor of the National School of Anthropology and History since 1998. He has published nationally and internationally in archeology and photography, as well as giving papers, writing exhibition briefs and documentaries.
