Alfonso Cabrera Macedo

Architecture BA and MA from the University of Colima, with a PhD in the History of Art from Casa Lamm. He has worked in a variety of roles including President of the Cultural Council of the Town Hall of Villa de Álvarez, Assistant Director General of University Cultural Heritage and graphic and exhibition designer as well as curator of the art collection and exhibitions of the University Picture Gallery, which he also directed. He has also been a subject area professor of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the University of Colima and of Visual Arts of the University Institute of Fine Arts (IUBA). He has directed the Regional History Museum of Colima since 2008, where he also serves as the Assistant Director of the INAH department.
