To celebrate Museum Night, a special edition of “Virreinato, a rodar!” will take place on June 26. This event invites visitors to explore daily life in New Spain through games and audience participation.

The activity will take place in the game room and the historic garden. In the game room, there will be a demonstration of the game of trucos, a precursor to billiards, where visitors can discover the importance of this pastime in New Spanish society and learn about some of its main elements—such as the trucos table, the bar, the ball, and the cues—while watching the game in action.

An open bowling tournament will be held in the historic garden, open to people of all ages, promoting social interaction and learning through play.

General admission is $210.00 MXN. A 50% discount ($105.00 MXN) is available for Mexican nationals and foreign residents who provide valid official documentation of their residency. Admission is free for children under 13 and adults over 60; people with disabilities; and students, teachers, and retirees with valid identification. Free admission on Sundays for Mexican nationals and foreign residents.
