She is a BA and MA graduate in Archeology of the National School of Anthropology and History. She has worked for the National Institute of Anthropology and History since July 1989, she is a level C scientific research and teaching Professor. In addition to managing the Tamtoc archeological site in San Luis Potosi, she has directed the archeological project on the origin and development of the Tamtoc urban landscape since November 2008.
