She took bachelor’s degrees in Cultural Management at the University of Guadalajara, and in Laws from the Ibero-American University, and a master’s in Latin American Societies at IHEAL, University of Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle. Founder and Coordinator of the U40 Mexico Network, under the U40 Interamerican Program on Cultural Diversity 2030, an initiative of the German Commission for UNESCO (2011-2015). She is a member of the International Federation for Coalitions for Cultural Diversity (2011 to present), and she taught the course on Cultural Projects at the Faculty of Anthropology of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. She is currently serving as the Director of the Regional Museum of Guanajuato, Alhóndiga de Granaditas.
